GOVERNING LAW / DISPUTE RESOLUTION:

The contract shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India, and the Courts in Guwahati shall have exclusive jurisdiction to try any suit or proceedings in connection therewith. Any disputes under this agreement which cannot be settled by negotiation may first be tried to be resolved through Mediation to be held in Guwahati, Assam, India, and failing which only the matter may be presented or tried by any Forum, Tribunal, or Court of Law.

INFORMATION GATHERING AND USE:

We collect information from you in a number of ways, for example when you:

1. Obtain Membership of AIMWEL TRUST by Signing Up.
2. Make contribution towards Membership Fee to AIMWEL TRUST.
3. Make a Donation to AIMWEL TRUST.
4. Sign up to our campaign.
5. Sign up to stay updated.

We won’t collect or record your personal information unless you choose to give it to us.

TERMINATION:

Termination of your AIMWEL TRUST account includes removal of access to all services and facilities within the AIMWEL TRUST services and may also bar you from further use of the AIMWEL TRUST services. Furthermore, you agree that all terminations shall be made at AIMWEL TRUST’s sole discretion and that AIMWEL TRUST shall not be liable to you nor any third party for any termination of your account or access to the Trust.

CANCELLATION OF MEMBERSHIP:

Any person who has submitted application for obtaining Membership of AIMWEL TRUST may opt for cancellation of Membership and request for refund of the Membership Fees paid to the Trust within a period of 7 days from the date of application of the same.

Upon receiving of the application for cancellation of the Membership and refund of the Fee, AIMWEL TRUST shall refund the Membership Fees after deducting any incidental expenses in actual incurred, within 60 days from the date of receiving the application for the same. Regarding the process of cancellation, please contact the Trust through the official channels mentioned on the website.
