Cancellation Policy

MEDUCARE INDIA Card

All India Meducare Welfare Trust has launched the Project "PROJECT MEDUCARE INDIA" in order to provide facility to the Members in the day-to-day life and especially in the field of Health & Education. In our endeavour, we want to ensure that you are completely satisfied by becoming a Member of the PROJECT MEDUCARE INDIA through the MEDUCARE INDIA Card.

After your enrolment in the PROJECT MEDUCARE INDIA, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the Project & Facilities, we offer a cancellation policy that allows you to cancel and request a refund of your Membership within 3 days from the date of Membership Payment. However, please note that after 3 days from the date of Payment of Membership, you will not be entitled to claim any refund against cancellation of Membership Card.

Cancellation Process:

  1. If any valid Member, within 7 days from the date of obtaining Membership of the PROJECT MEDUCARE INDIA through the MEDUCARE INDIA Card, intends to initiate the cancellation process by stating the ground, then such Members are requested to contact our Customer Support Team:

  2. Members are kindly requested to mention their Card Number and the reason for cancellation, which will help us to evaluate any deficiency on our part and improve our service experience.

Refund Policy:

  1. Upon successful cancellation, any Member will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid towards Membership. However, please note that All India Meducare Welfare Trust will have the right to deduct 30% of the principal amount as a cancellation fee.
  2. Example: If you have obtained Membership of the Meducare Suaksha Card for Rs. 730/-, upon cancellation within 3 days, you will receive back a refund of Rs. 511/- (i.e., Rs. 730 - 30% as cancellation fee).
  3. Please Note: No claim will be entertained or justifiable after the stipulated refund policy period.
